Phil Mogavero | President/CEO
Mr. Mogavero joined DSW in 1979 at the age of sixteen, allowing him to enjoy the entire revolution of the microcomputer and internetworking industry during his career at DSW. Phil has had the fortune of serving at all levels in the business, including, warehouse supervision, sales account manager, computer store manager, company general manager, vice-president, executive vice-president and now President and CEO. His successes include numerous appointments on industry advisory boards and industry consulting boards.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA, Phil’s valuable combination of business knowledge and technology industry experience allow him to track paradigm shifts to further DSW’s success as an information technology services company. |

Mike Mogavero | EVP Sales and Marketing
The head of DSW’s Sales and Marketing operations, Mike is responsible for managing the sales support organization that delivers DSW's products and services. Previously, Mike has led DSW’s Consulting Services organization, managed development services, technical support, and the information consulting group’s delivery of services to improve and maintain client satisfaction. The brain behind DSW’s iSpeed consulting methodology, Mike has served on several of the industry’s elite advisory boards, including Sun Java Council, Sun Pacific Coast Advisory Council, Oracle Advisory Council, and CMP Media Member Council. He holds a Masters Degree from the University of Oregon.

Ryan Peterson | CTO
Ryan’s background in IT consulting dates back to 1992 with experience at a number of the industry’s most prestigious companies, such as Nestle, Arco, BP, Compaq, Northrop Grumman, and Amgen Pharmaceuticals. Leveraging his degree in business management, Ryan founded Canyon IS in 2000, a successful integration firm providing voice, video surveillance, and infrastructure cabling solution. Mr. Peterson has an intimate working knowledge of networks and systems, and is accredited with a collection of the industry’s top certifications (CCVP, MCSE & MCT). In 2007 Ryan joined the DSW team as Director of Intelligent Facilities to lead efforts in taking once proprietary facility technologies and creating synergistic solutions that utilize standard network technology. In addition, Ryan heads DSW’s Las Vegas operations, implementing facility solutions that serve the hospitality, and surrounding industries. |

Kerry Voth | Director of Technical Operations
Mr. Voth is a strong technology implementation leader with over twenty-three (23) year’s industry experience and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University. He is an assertive, logical thinking, results-orientated & confident decision maker. Utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills Mr. Voth builds productive working relationships at all levels to deliver projects and work efforts on time, with on budget and on scope performance. He is a well organized and hard working professional who thrives on new challenges.
As a Sr. Service Delivery Manager at Washington Mutual Bank he earned an excellent reputation based on dedication, quality of effort, and results. Taking advantage of tools such as Six Sigma, ITIL, and LEAN methodologies Mr. Voth directed teams in developing solution alternatives, selecting delivery methods, negotiated work scoping, identified resource requirements, selected & developed service delivery teams, developed and implemented a Strategic Risk and Disaster Recovery Plan. He implemented LEAN techniques to reduce cost, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance quality of products and service.

Daniel Ji | General Manager APAC
Daniel is the General Manager for DSW’s APAC operation, playing a vital role in DSW’s Asia Pacific expansion. Daniel is responsible for building and managing a successful APAC operation with particular focus on developing business in Greater China region, as well as supporting DSW's US business. Daniel has over 13 years of solid experience in the IT industry specializing in convergence technologies, system and network design, communication systems, information security and project management. Prior to joining DSW, Daniel has worked at Cisco Systems as a Senior Solution Architect, responsible for leading consulting projects for some of Cisco’s top strategic customers such as China Telecom, Comcast, and Edison International. Daniel has received the industry’s top certifications (CCIE, MCSE), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology in China, and a Master of Business Administration degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
